Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return and refund policy.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


Return Process
For returns due to product quality issues. To return an item, please email customer service at support@eco-avigator.com to obtain return shipping label. After receiving a return shipping label, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to us.

*Note: For returns due to personal reasons (i.e., not due to product quality issues), a return label is not required. Please contact customer service by email at support@eco-avigator.com to obtain the return address. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Any products marked as non-returnable;
  • Any auctioned products;
  • Clearance items, custom quotation orders, specially discounted products, and orders containing ten (10) or more items; 
  • Products purchased from second-hand marketplaces or received as gifts;
  • As well as any items that are not in resalable condition.

Returns will not be accepted for any product that is not returned in its original packaging, including all original components, accessories, and assembly instructions. This policy also applies to bulbs, glass components, replacement parts, and lampshades.

In addition, any returned package without a valid and clearly marked RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the outer carton will be refused.

If a shipment is delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer, we reserve the right to deny any return or refund request. In such cases, the customer assumes full responsibility and must arrange retrieval of the package at their own risk and expense.



Exchanges
We only replace items due to product defects or non-human-induced damage. If you need to replace the same item, please send an email to support@eco-avigator.com.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return of exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
