Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

We work with logistics partners who process and deliver orders seven days a week.
Shipping Fees
Free Standard Shipping on orders of $40 USD or more to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington D.C.
Expedited Shipping is available at an additional charge, calculated at checkout based on your location.
Remote Areas (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands):
Shipping is not discontinued, but may incur higher fees and longer transit times.

Delivery Exceptions
Delivery may take longer than expected due to the following:
Inventory being transferred or processed by third-party fulfillment centers (such as Amazon), which may result in unpredictable delays.
Peak season sales events (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday), national holidays, or unforeseen disruptions like labor strikes, natural disasters, or extreme weather conditions.
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, we encourage you to contact us so we can assist with tracking or reshipment.
Carrier & Tracking Info
We partner with major carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) and amazon logistics to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional fees may apply for returned or re-routed packages.
