What precautions should I take during use to avoid plug damage or poor connection?

Keeping the plug and the vehicle socket dry during use, ensuring a stable and secure connection while brewing, and avoiding pulling, twisting, or bending the plug during operation.
Make sure that your vehicle uses a standard cigarette-lighter socket and that the car’s current output (at least 15A) meets the requirements of this product.

How long does it take to brew once?

It usually take 15-20min for one brew when using 12V 170W supply. We recommend against adding ice water, as it will require more time to preheat and brew.

Is the mug included with it?
